SPIEXFF presents a series of curated screenings.
As part of our film festival, we have prepared four curated programmes.
The programme themes are: time, light, flicker, emptiness.
Each programme reveals distinct methods of experimental filmmakers and reflects diverse approaches to the materiality of film, duration, perception, and the boundaries of cinematic language.
Curators: Kim Ji-hwan, Mark Petrovitsky, Gevorg Galstian, Francisco Rojas.
The screenings will take place at the Kinora Film Foundation and the Saint Petersburg School of New Cinema in March, April, May, and June.
